'The Turning Point' Published by 'Fast Fiction', Australia

Pizza Time

The story I wrote for the National newspaper's annual short story competition last year, and which failed to even make the short list, has been published by Pacific Magazines in their quarterly Fast Fiction.

The story concerns a woman who's somewhat of a complete slob, who realises she has to shape up and turn her life around - something which she does in a spectacular and unexpected fashion.


The story involves pizza, blood diamonds and shady men in suits. If I say anything else, I'll give the plot away, so I won't.
