After identifying half a dozen candidates, I submitted the most promising two, had the one titled Curtains accepted within a couple of hours of submission, and sent another one in for good luck.
What was especially pleasing about the acceptance is that it Curtains is one of those stories that's been looking for a home for some time and which I've always had faith in.
It's been especially difficult to place (in my opinion) because it's humour, a genre notoriously difficult to place because of people's subjective opinions of what constitutes humour.
Anyway, for now it's a time to celebrate.
