Furious Wife Limerick
Back in 1995 I illustrated some limericks I had written, framed them, and to my knowledge they're still hanging in the bar of Jumbo Country Club, in Mazowe, Zimbabwe.
Well, since 1995 I've built up quite a portfolio of limericks, and today I started adding illustrations to them with a view to selling them. Mind you, even if I can't sell them, they'll be a talking point mounted on my wall.
The picture to the right is my first more recent endeavour to add life to my limericks. It's not perfect, but since it's my first effort in more than fifteen years, I'm quite proud of it.
In spite of the odd colourisation and bluriness of the scan amd the fact that I'm way out of practice, what do you think?
P.S. The current picture is a dummy pic - I'll be changing it tomorrow when I've coloured my Limerick illustration!
