Empire State Building Observation Deck Another story I wrote several years ago (The Hit, published in 2007 in the Weekly News), has had a new lease of life as Marco's Last Hit, in Fast Fiction Australia's spring issue (it's spring Down Under, folks).
Set in New York in the post-war 1940s, the story revolves around families of gangsters and takes place in such exotic locations as the observation deck atop the Empire State Building and Central Park.
Can Marco ruin a New York don's life? Will he be allowed to leave behind his lurid past as a hit man? You'll have to buy an issue of Fast Fiction to find out.
