Friar Ted is a sleuthing medieval monk and has much in common with Sherlock Holmes. In fact, the plot to my latest story has several parallels with The Hound of the Baskervilles.
So far I've introduced all the important characters, lined up the suspects and given them motives. Now all I have to do is finish the thing before two submission deadlines are upon me - no small task considering I'd expected the Tale to take less than a month, yet it's likely to stretch to two.
