Just finished a yeti story which I hope to place with an anthology.
The only potential problem with The Yeti Hunters is that as the story develops it focuses more on the anthropologist and anthropologist's daughter searching for yetis than on the yetis themselves.
That said, my story The Conservators, which appeared in the recently published Alienology anthology dealt more with the mind set of the human survivors on a critically polluted planet Earth than with their alien 'saviours', the Conservators.
As for my yeti tale - I'll keep you posted.
